Rash after eating strawberries

Dd breaks out in a slight rash after eating strawberries. It's only on her skin where the chewed up strawberry touches. Cos she's only young the rash ends up on her face and arms. It doesn't last long. She doesn't appear to get any other allergic reaction symptoms from eating it. Just a skin rash where it touches. This indicates an allergy doesn't it??? Poor bub is going to be so disappointed, she loves strawberries. Kicks her legs in excitement everytime I get them out.

sounds like an allergic reaction. she may grow out of it.

My LO used to get the same rash. Kiwi fruit did the same thing. Now she is ok with both. I stopped giving them to her for awhile, and now i still don't give her heaps but she hasn't had a reaction in a few months.
