So proud of my beautiful girl.

This morning dd ran on ahead of us to get into line before school.
When ds and I caught up one of the mums came up and said "your daughter is beautiful". I did the confused spaniel thing and waited for her to explain.
The kids have a dress rehearsal today for tonight's concert, so all e girls needed to have pigtails. This mum had forgotten so had done it quickly then and there, and some of the girls were teasing her saying they were ugly, messy, whatever. Beth turned to her and said "I think your hair looks beautiful". I swear I teared up when she told me.
I love my girl *sniff*
