Poor Stew

Stew is our rabbit (no I didnt name him) and we just found him outside with the girls carrying him around. hes back in the cage now but looks very stressed is just lying there panting. I hope he is ok will keep checking up on him but will leave him be

I don't understand...what happened to him? Is it hot there today - what's the panting caused by. Is he dehydrated? Did you give him a cool spot and water?

Poor Stew (I think it is a great name:)) I hope he calms down soon. I think leaving him be is a good idea.

if u have a frozen bottle of water or ice pack or similar in ur freezer but that in his hutch, bunnies pant when theyre hot, and a hot bunny is never a good thing because they dont sweat, and if he's too hot for too long, your kids may not have stew to cart around for long!

Good Ive got tie and have tied his cage shut so they cant terarize him
