My lower back aches and I feel as though I have a vice tightening around my middle, squeezing me. It's only quite mild, but it's consistent - not coming and going like you'd think it would if it was related to contractions. Plus at the front it starts from the middle of my bump, not all over.
Any ideas?

I had a similar experience with DD1 and it was when she dropped. I was driving at the time and it was really uncomfortable lasted about 20-30 minutes. my waters broke at 1am the next morning and she was born at 7 that night. So a baby just over 24hrs after I had the feeling.

Well whatever it was seems to have fizzled out. Back to waiting.....Dr appt this afternoon.
