Need Christmas present ideas for 10 month old DD

I'm sure I had heaps of ideas for DD1's first christmas! But I don't know what to get DD2 :( She will be 10 months old at Christmas. I have lots of ideas for DD1 this christmas too. But it seems like I don't really need anything for DD2. She has all the toys that DD1 played with when she was that age. So I feel bad like she just gets all the hand-me-downs and nothing special of her own!! We really don't need more toys to clutter the place up though. I know she won't even know or remember but still...

So, I'm looking for suggestions. We have waaaaaaaaaaay too many stuffed toys and plastic toys so nothing like that. What can you suggest? What are you getting your 10 month old this Christmas?

I could have written a similar post except DD2 birthday is in just over a week and I am struggling for ideas for that let alone Christmas.

So far I have gotten her some Giggle & Hoot PJ's and a beachbag filled with bucket, ball, frisbee and sand shapers. Now I just have to wait and see what she gets for her birthday.

The things I am thinking are things DD1 does not like sharing. Fold out lounge, trike so they can both ride, fold out camp chair, pram/stroller.
I actually decided to get rid of a few of DD1's toys so that DD2 can get some new stuff for herself because I did not like the whole thought of everything for her is handed down.

What about board books? Or maybe a craft set kinda thing - finger painting or face painting maybe?

A CD player for her room and some special lullaby and dancey cds for her?

Dd will be 10.5 months. She's getting a push a long walker, a wooden ring stack, a rainstick tower. A handmade doll, clothes, a few books. A wooden counting tower thing. A wooden peg board, wooden stacking and nesting blocks. (I think that's about it, that's from us and all her grandparents and aunt.

Our DS will be pretty much 9 months old at Christmas. We are getting him one of those kid's couches. Also an Octonauts backpack, Giggle and Hoot hooded beach towel and a UV swimsuit, plus some other toys but you don't need those. Enjoy your Christmas shopping.

You could always go the keepsake way....

Bangle (we got DD one on her 1st Christmas, she was 12 weeks and its about the size of a large earring!)

Books are always good!

New clothes, new nappies (if you are doing cloth), money for a timelocked fund...

I know you said no more toys but what about a "baby's first christmas" teddy? or a special enamel christmas ornament to mark the occasion?

in terms of other gift ideas - clothes so she has some "new" stuff, books ...

What about one of those books you record yourself reading?
Or a pool floatie thing
A swimsuit?
Do you have one of those Fisher Price dogs where you press the ear and it says "ear" etc
