Yucky old Cold :(

Hi Ladies
Ive got a horrible cold &bad all day sickness - I'm over sitting in the toilet bowl throwing up, snezzing & blowing my nose all while my head is about to explode! I have covered myself in vicks vapour rub ( about an inch thick!), am using buttermenthols & take one pandol only when i think I cant cope anymore. Has anyone got any ideas on what I can take? I ve had this for 4 days now. Ohh the sight of me - lucky I have one of the world's most understanding husbands!

As for your cold, fluids, panadol, rest and lots of TLC... unfortunately there isn't alot you can do :( :hug:
