Can anyone help me, is there a way you can remove or at leastt try to remove negative energy from your home?
Im not talking spirits or anything (at least I dont think so) but just so much tension in this house and all this negative energy, I can feel it and I dont like
The way it makes me feel.. If you could point me in any direstion that would be awesome!
There are lots of ways to clear the energy from a space. Even sweeping the whole house & visualizing the heavy energy being pushed out the door can help. You can use sound (clapping, drumming, gongs, bells), smudging (using smoke from sage, other herbs or even incense), or water (in a spray bottle with essential oils), or even salt (good if you have hard floors, sprinkle it through out, then sweep it all out again. Your intent is important, so it's important to say a prayer, ask for help from your guides, angels, or ancestors (depending on your belief), and remember to say thanks afterwards. Also, once you hAve cleansed the area, fill it with positive energy, with music, chanting, using a singing bowl, visualizing white light - whatever invokes the sort of energy you want in the place.
Denise Linn and Karen Kingston both have books with sacred space in their titles, both worth a read if you can find them.
Yeh what MD said. Plus you also need to work on the energies of those in the house, no use cleansing the negative energies in your home if the people in the home still have those thoughts etc.
