Doing it old school

I forgot my mobile phone and I had to phone DH, so today, for the first time in probably 12 years, I used a payphone! I'm pretty proud I even managed to find one :lol:

I think that's enough reminiscing though, I feel naked without my phone so I won't be doing it oldschool again :rofl:

Heh, well done! I'd be hard put to even remember DH's phone number - that's what speed dial is for :lol:

I can't believe you found one that actually accepted coins! The last few pay phones I've seen all used phonecards.

Tee hee I have done that a few times, where I have had a flat phone or left it at home and nearly been in a panic with what I would do... :redface: Amazing how it makes me realise how dependant on it I am!

oh yes, it took actual coins and I remembered the phone number without a phone book or anything. I think I'm pretty awesome and shall reward myself with some chocolate later :lol:
