Anyone need a student doula? :)

Hello ladies!

Looking for anyone who would like the additional support of a student doula in Melbourne. I'm in the south eastern area. I've finished my training and need two more births to be qualified :happydance: I'm passionate about pregnancy and childbirth, and a huge advocate for natural birth. Having a student doula is a great way to access additional support through your pregnancy and labour for free, plus you're helping me learn and become qualified :) If you're due from June onwards, I'd love to be your student doula :) my email is pumpkinzulu @ gmail . com if anyone out there is interested :grouphug:

Oh Bengal honey, a month is no biggie! :) I just can't do people due very soon as DD is still to little for me to be away for a night.

Just thought I would :bump: this for you :)

I had PZ as my doula when I had Amelia, and I can't recommend her enough! She's enthusiastic, knowledgable, and very happy to crack silly jokes if that's what you want :p If you click the link in my signature, you can read my birth story. I know if she hadn't been there, it would have been so much worse on me.

Aww :) I would also recommend Teni, she's a freshy, just started her course. She is one of the most resilient people I know, she's able to handle far more than most people I know. She's resourceful and positive and hilarious too.

What a shame you are not in Brisbane:-( I'd love to help you out with the 2 births you need.
