I love Lachlan James and Jesse James. Both lovely for a boy. I'm also partial to Ethan and Cooper.
Sorry, not super keen on Eliza... it's nice it's just not for me.

I love Ethan, it's on our list for another day, but I also like Rhys and Oliver. We know an Oliver and he goes by "Ollie".
That has been the middle name we have been thinking of most of the time. I think there have been some famous Eliza Jane's (books or musicals):

I love Eliza! I'm sentimental with middle names... can you think of a special place, gem stone, something meaningful to you you could use?
I think of the US outlaw Jesse James and it makes the name a little weird to me. From your boys list I really like Elijah :D Do you like Jonathan, for Elijah Jonathan? I love the long version of Jon without an H. Or perhaps Jimmy? Elijah Jimmy?

Eliza Kate sounds nice, think the one syllable middle name is the way to go with Eliza.

I like Ethan James :) And EJ is a nice abbreviation.
Eliza Kathleen is quite nice, but I think the K and the Z are both quite hard/sharp sounds, so personally would probably pick a softer sounding middle name to balance it out, like Michelle or Charlotte or something ... JMO.
