We're doing something ah la Gordon Ramsay. It's got bacon, garlic, lemon butter.... That's all I know! Don't think it's got stuffing :) hit google!
We're doing turkey with stuffing, pork apple and sage stuffing. I got the recipe from this years free woolies magazine. The outside is just melted butter brushed all over it seasoned with salt and pepper.

I would butterfly it, marinate and BBQ it. mmmm BBQ....
lime its already butterflied i think i might just marinate in some cranberry jelly and bake I'd love to BBQ but am not pulling the BBQ out for this and we dont have a hooded one here now if was down at Agnes it would go in the hooded BBQ LOL
