My cleaner is driving me nuts and has become super unreliable so I'm looking for a new one.
Can anyone recommend a reliable trustworthy cleaner that works NOR Perth? Looking for 3-4 hrs a week at $20-25/hr. I don't want to take someone random from an ad etc without a recommendation as they would have a copy of our house key (but not our alarm code).
From what I can tell, agencies are out of our price range.

TBH I think you would be lucky to find one for that hourly rate - they all seem to be about $30 these days - but if you do, I want her too!
I've only ever gotten cleaners from agencies for the reasons you have said, and also because if they don't do a good enough job you just call the agency and they send you someone new.
Will be keeping an eye on this thread too - would love a cleaner but the rates they are now its out of our price range too
