I use Fertility Friend but I track for avoiding pregnancy, works well and easy to use- updates to the website too I think!

I use IPeriod, and I love it - updated to the paid version.... only a couple of dollars (although I've used it for over 12 months now, so I can't remember what the paid version gives you! lol)
there are a few versions though so, maybe download a few freebies (if you search for period, you should get a few) and see which one feels best for you :)
I use PTracker too. It's free and easy peasy to use.
