ok so i posted in the stain thread and didnt get a reply so my work shirt has oil (food) stains and i did iron it oooopppppsss so can i save it or not? and how i really dont wanna pay $5 for the preen stuff and we dont have any WD40 as i read this can work

yep that didnt work should i soak it in hot water or will that just make it worse now im spewing i didnt scotch guard i knew it would get dirty bah im a waitress by the way and i cant just get another shirt coz they were provided
What about trying washing up liquid?
You rub it into the stain and wash it normally I think. I know my dad has used this before on his work shirts and it got the grease stains off. I've personally never tried it, sorry.
I'm not sure if it will work since it's been ironed but maybe worth a try.
