CCR

I recieved my FTB on Friday but not CCR

I am a little worried i wont get it. I know they have until the 31st to pay it but i thought it happens with your FTB....

any advice?

I am in the same boat. The payments can come anytime (with your FTB) from the 18th to the 31st. I got a bit excited as my payment day was today- so I thought woo hoo.. surely I will get it this week.. but no.... when it didnt show up on my "Next payment" or "last payment" thing online- I called just to check that I had chosen 1/4 payments, which I had.. I just wasnt in the first round of payments. The nice clink man could tell me how much it is going to be when I do get it.. but not when I will get it for sure.. but to expect it in my next payment.

I just checked and its not in the "next payment" bit yet.. but it probably wont be until I report my earnings, and then if I am going to get it that week, it will show up!! Or it may just appear inbetween my payments before the 31st... they say if you havent received it by February to call and check. I am kind of happy I havent gotten it yet as I want it closer to when we are going away in early Feb (if I got it now it would be gone by the time I needed it).. but I will be calling Feb 1st if its not there just to check :)

I know how much i will be getting that isnt the issue it is more the fact that you never are told until the day before or the day
it is really disorganised....

which we knew before payment date when we would be getting it.

staff don't see til the day it's processed (two days before you receive it) - there is a percentage of people processed each day over a two week period.
