AFTER ovulation pain..

**didnt know where to put this, sorry..**

I O'd 2 days ago, (i dont chart, i go off dates and cm) and this morn i woke with pain on the one side,.. not cramping but like a tight, full pressure feeling across. i dont recall ever having this before, but is it normal to get post ovulation pains? i dont get them before ovulation.
i have lower back pain as well but im not sure that would have anything to do with it..

any thoughts would be helpful :)

Post ovulation pain is totally normal. Google Mittelschmerz.

It's super normal and it makes it hard to pin point ovulation - I swore I ovulated last Friday but it seems I did Wednesday. I have quite bad pain on ovulation day and following it. Feels like my ovaries are ready to burst. :)
