Bedtime routine for almost 3 year old and 9 month old sharing a room?
So plan has always been for DS to move out of our room and in with his sister (2 bed flat so no other option) after the IL's visit next month - providing he is still sleeping well. So just after some options/opinions on what might work or not on how to put them both to bed. Both together, him first, then her etc etc. My current plan is to read them stories together then feed DS then just leave them to it (he will be in cot, she in bottom bunk but she can't climb into the cot) - they have stories together at the moment if DH isn't about and love it. DS will sleep ok most of time after feed and a cuddle and if he is off properly he doesn't wake easily. DD normally 'reads' to herself for a bit then falls asleep.
So if my initial plan doesn't work am after some alternatives. I don't know anyone in real life who has got children who share a room or plan to share.
