The boys roll and commando crawl now but are constantly kicking each other in the head or face, crawling over the top of the other and generally hurting each other.
I know they dont mean to but is there a way to stop it or make them aware the other feels what hes doing

naughty boys! I have no idea about how to stop them hurting each other, sometimes children don't listen to what the parents say. Sorrt not help you, but good luck and hope you will work it out soon.
Same here Nikkie! The girls are constantly climbing over the top of each other, and now they are both standing - knocking each other over. It's never ending! I don't really have any suggestions unfortunately, but I do say 'Gentle, gentle' a lot when they are getting deliberately rough - C loves to slam her hand down on M's head, all while saying "Ahhhh! Ahhhh!" so it's looks like she is giving her love, when she is actually just being cheeky and hitting.
Lleyton slams his hand down in jacksons head too but he laughs as he does it - i think hes the evil one

Liam does the same thing to Rhys and thinks it is hugely funny when Rhys then starts crying, hitting on the head that is. Plus Liam will always steal any toy that Rhys is playing with and will have a huge hissy if I am paying attention to Rhys as well. Lucky for me Rhys is the more laid back of the 2 so Liam's dominant personality takes over all the time.
In our house is seems to be about dominance, Tara picks on Liam and Liam picks on Rhys. Sorting out the pecking order I suppose although poor Rhys may end up with "middle child" syndrome :)
Kellie - your life sounds so much like mine at the moment! Constant toy stealing - Milla is generally fine with it, she'll just go find something else to play with, where as Claudia throws herself face down on the ground screaming and actaully kicking her legs.. I fear what her 'terrible 2's' will be like. And already we seem to have Tom and C ganging up on M, until C touches something of Tom's that he doesn't want to, then suddenly M is his new favourite. All this stuff you never imagined when you were pg with twins! None of this "My twins have an amazing bond" here. My two will literally climb over the top of each other to get to the toy they want!
Lleyton climbs right over the top of jackson too and yep the toy stealing even worse with biscuits the boys get a biscuit after breakfast and lleyton always steals jacksons after hes finished his.
Im not looking forward to the injuries and bumps of pushing each other over once they can stand

Honestly I just used the word gentle and separated them when necessary. Now at 2 they are wonderful with one another and respect each others boundaries. It takes a bit for them to realise what they are doing and then it's over pretty quickly.
