Apologies if there is a thread for this already! I had a look.
I bought a vapouriser at the end of last year and it is now not working. Had anyone else had problems with a Euky? We've tried different power points with no luck. Unfortunately I can't find the receipt either :(

I had one that died last year after a couple of months of use and didn't have receipt. I rang their head office and they asked for the serial number and sent me out a new one. They have a 5 year warranty :)
Haven't had an issue with replacement one.
Don't suppose you have the number handy?

I don't have the number but I also had no problems replacing mine. I dropped it and they didn't ask any questions. Just said to take it back to whee I bought it and swapped it no problems.
