Pregnant With Twins

Hi Everyone

I'm only new to the site but I will thank 'Simone' for letting me know about all you lovely girls, I can see this place is going to become very addictive.

On Tuesday, 25th July 2006 I found out I was pregnant :)
DP & I have been trying for 3 months which to some isnt a long time but when you want to have another child so bad, this does seem like a life time of waiting. To be honest, before we got our positive result I tested at 8DPO & 10DPO with both tests resulting in a negative (bugger), it wasn't till 13DPO that we got the good news.

Anyway Tuesday, 1st August I saw my OB & because of my past medical history it was decided that I would have an internal ultrasound in his clinic right then. A few mins passed & the words 'Twins' rang out across the room - WHAT? Two sacks were seen on the monitor or though the second sack was around 4 days behind the first sack. No heartbeats were picked up but then again the babies are far too small. I now have to have another ultrasound late next week.

Congratulations Naomi, fantastic news on both your pg and expecting twins. WOW is it jus tme or does there seem to be quite a few sets of twins popping up lately. Whatever you girls are doing let me know. 4 is plenty enough for this mumma ;)
