Help please. Nearly 4 year old wetting
Just after a bit of advice. I am actually at my wits end. My DD is currently about 4 months off turning 4.
DD has been going to the toilet to do wee, no worries for around 6 months. She still refuses to poo on a toilet but that's a whole other post.
Well I should say no worries until nearly 8 weeks ago. Around that time she got sick with a cold and a bad cough. At that time she started wetting her pants again. I wasn't too concerned because it would be hard to stop when coughing like she was. Her cough has been gone for a few weeks now and still the wetting continues. She is wetting up to 6 or 7 times a day. I can't keep up with the washing.
I have tried talking to her about how big girls go to the toilet, rewards (ie choosing a new book to read before bed if she stays dry all day or using lip balm), tried ignoring it (Ie not making a big deal out of her wetting). She goes to 3 year old kinder and I have even told her that if she keeps wetting that she wont be able to go as it's their policy.
Anyone have any advice they want to give. I am out of ideas and feeling pretty bad about it all.

6 to 7 times a day sounds like a lot. Poor you and your washing machine!
My DS doesn't go to the loo anywhere near that much, but he holds on and holds on till I have to tell him to go, and even then he still denies he needs to.
Getting checked for uti sounds like a good idea, is she distracted a lot? Can you take her at certain times a day? Is she drinking a lot?
