I'm not sure I understand... Are you waiting for them to call back with an appointment time? In that case I'd call and see what the hold-up is. If they don't answer, maybe just go in as a walk-in patient?

I would call just to touch base and get an idea of where you are on the waiting list?? 5 hours is a long time. Hope everything is ok xoxox
I would call. We used the service once and were told they'd be quite fast. The doc ended up being caught up at the person before us. I called them back to see what was going on and they called the doc to see how much longer they were going to be.
