Late period but everything's coming up neg

Hey everyone, this is a new profile as I can't remember anything for my other one haha but was just wondering I've been trying to conceive for almost two years now and nothing's happened.

I have endametriosis and find it very hard to cope with it all.

But I'm late, I had my last period on the 24th of April and was due the 24th of may but have not had my period at all no spotting no nothing.
I have a sore back and feel sick every now and again nothing major except the back pain lol
And I have sore arms I don't know why to think because both pee sticks and blood test has come up negative I don't wanna get my hopes up.

But does anyone have any advice or opinions on what it could be or if I could be pregnant

Just give it a bit more time - I normally had to wait well over 2wks late with 3 of my pgs before I got a positive test.

Thanks hun my family have a history of not showing up. I'm just worried because I have to get surgery for my endometriosis and I don't wanna say yes in case I am pregnant

I hope you are! Maybe ask your Dr for a repeat blood test in a week if AF hasnt shown?

Have you been charting temperatures to know when/if you O'd? If you've already had the b/t and it was negative, you probably just have to wait. You could possibly ask them to test your other hormone levels (E2, LH and P4) to see where your cycle is at.

I'd say wait a few more days and try again. With DS1 and DS2, the home preg tests came up positive very quickly and then with DD it took a lot longer for the test to show positive. I remember having to go out and buy another box of testers as my period was so overdue. It then came up with a very, very faint line. I'm not sure why it took so long to show up?

Try the digital HPT's and request BT from your dr. They may also find low hormone levels which may not have triggered AF yet.

This happened to me two years ago. For me I had just stopped ovulating. I let the dr I was seeing shrug me off and treat me like I was being silly for worrying. Af not showing up drove me insane. I felt out of whack and would have bet a fortune at times that I was pregnant. Mum and her sister told me they never showed positive on hpt for all their pregnancies. So as you can imagine I went a little crazy. I needed fertility treatment to help things and I'm so glad that I pushed for more help (even if it was a year after no af). My point, try not to panic just yet but if you go more than three months without af insist on someone investigating things.

Thanks keta I have never had this happen to me before. And the only symptoms I really have are back pain sore arms feel sick a little in the morning and missed period that's about it. It sucks massively I want so much to be pregnant
