minieres disease during pregnancy

I'm 19 years old with my first pregnancy I'm 14 weeks and I suffer with minor minieres disease. It's effected me Alot more during my pregnancy and theres not much doctors can do, it happened to me twice in one week and I've never had episodes that close together and both times I was out at church and then the shops. I'm worried when I become more heavily pregnant I might fall, does this happen to anyone else? It's quite scary sometimes because when it comes on I fall to the ground slowly I can't see or hear and become nauseous and dizzy, I've gone to hospital once because someone at the shops called the ambulance even though it goes away in 10 minutes even though it looks so crazy when it happens I can feel fine

Have you been to an ENT before about it? What about medications that are safe in pregnancy? I'm on serc for my vertigo issues but don't know if you can use in pregnancy.
How is your diet? I was told to avoid salt, caffeine and chocolate.

No I haven't what is an ent ? I haven't asked my new doctor about it either so I'll see what he says all my doctors have not been helpful about it like its nothing. I have a poor diet I'm trying to build it up and eat better I just started on iodine drops to so that will help I hope. What happens to you with your vertigo?

Who diagnosed your menieres disease? I would definitely ask for a referral to an ENT specialist or a neurologist just to be 100% sure the diagnosis is correct. I'm not sure about medications but have heard vestibular physiotherapy can help with the vertigo symptoms for some people.

A doctor I had said that all my symptoms were that of minieres but wasn't to fussed on it and didn't tell me what I should do or where to go and I forget about it because it would only happen a few times a year but now that I'm pregnant it happens all the time so I think I should do something about it

ENT is ear nose throat specialist, you need a referral and they do tests to find exact cause of your vertiogo problems and try to work to help it. With mine when it comes on I feel like I am on a boat, like the ground is swaying. Mine was diagnosed as fluid in my inner ear causing it.
Your Dr sounds very unhelpful so I would definately get a referal to see someone. In meantime avoid salty foods and caffeine to see how that helps.

Yeah it's not just my current doctor its been every doctor I've seen they say I probably didn't drink enough water or something and I know for a fact that's not the case. I will have to get a refferel then :)
