tissue salts in pg?
normally when i have a sinus thing i take tissue salts to get the goo out so it doesnt turn into an infection worthy of antibiotics and am needing to do this again, but no where can i find if they are ok to take! the chemist had no idea, my GP hadnt even heard of them so thats not much use, google says they are safe but it also said that a herbal tea i have for cold/flu was safe when the packet says DO NOT TAKE IF PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING in massive bold writing lol!

My mw prescribed Mag Phos and Kali Mur tissue salts for me to take for a nasty cough while I've been pregnant :) can you check with the chemist if it's other tissue salts you need to use?

I'm a fan of tissue salts! They work on a homeopathic principle which involves extremely low doses (but big effects!) which is usually safe in pregnancy.
But before you take my word for it, call the company. When I worked as a vitamin consultant in a pharmacy, I used to call natural health companies all the time to ask if their product was safe for pregnant women. A lot aren't, but I can't remember what e.g. Martin & Pleasance said...
GL!

Cool it is martin & pleasance ones I've got actually. I'll give them a buzz.
ETA duh just went to look up their number and their website specifically says they are all safe in preg!
