What should I eat with my duck?

I grew a pair and defrosted my duck to eat tonight before DH goes away again.

What should I serve with it?
I'm glazing it with a honey and ginger glaze.

If I did a mixed Asian greens with oyster sauce what else could I serve with them?

Asian mixed greens and rice.

Or you could serve it like peking duck in little pancakes with sauce and cucumber.

Or on noodles like Soba noodles.
