Hi guys I'm 30 weeks preggo with my first & pretty unsure bout the whole experience. I'm into my yoga and feel like this calm birthing might be a great option to mentally prepare myself.
I have read the thread on here of funny birthing stories, which was great and a nice relief from my silly idea of watching "one born every minute" !!eeek
Any advice/opinions would be awsome.
