Help! I need ideas to push past my weight loss plateau.
As I've said in the title, I need fresh ideas as to how I can move past my plateau.
Besides the occasional mess-up my diet is pretty good. I've lost 20kgs (with a lot more to lose) and so far, my mind set is pretty much in the right place. What I haven't really done is introduce exercise. I know this is what I need to do, but I dont know where to start.
I've thought about joining a gym, but I work FIFO, so two weeks out of the month, I wont use it. I am the type of person who needs more than just exercising at home.
What do you ladies do? Do you have PTs? Go to classes or a gym? Are there things that I can 'join' given my limited fitness that will get me out and about?
I am currently away for work and want to have my exercise plan ready for when I get home.
