Housewarming Party - for a cubby house?

What would you think if you got an invitation to a house warming for a cubby house?

I'm thinking of throwing one for DD's new cubby. I've put a lot of thought into choosing the cubby and then will put a lot of work into building and painting it (and I am absolutely living vicariously through her - right down to the white picket fence!) so why not celebrate?

The party wouldn't be anything fancy and not too big but I am a bit of an "any excuse for a party" kind of girl and I just wanted to check that it wasn't too weird.

I saw the title and thought........ "nawww, that sounds so cute" so it's a resounding yes from me.
