Healthy Breakfast Options
What are some healthy breakfast options? Im looking for some different options for the weekends
Im not really a cereal type of person. My weekdays are always the same with toast and coffee. I did give a homemade banana smoothie a go last weekend. I ended up with a slight queezy belly, reminded me why I dont have so much milk in the morning and I wasnt actually filled up either.
So something around the 200-300 calories / 800 to 1250kj range.
Healthy Breakfast Options
I'm addicted to sourdough rye toast with Yumi's brand hommous, sliced ripe tomatoes, a dash of olive oil and pepper. Yummo!
prior to pregnancy, I'd make Bircher muesli with a good untoasted sugarfree muesli with extra rolled barley added , soaked in a high quality low g i fruit juice with homemade (easy yo) yoghurt.
Kept me going for hours and was easy to make in individual containers so I could grab one to eat on the way to work.

Chairs just ain't my thing either.
Re: Healthy Breakfast Options
Hay is for horses.. chairs, on the other hand, are delicious.
*giggle*
Back on topic though, omelettes are a good option. I like mine with mushrooms, tomatoes, chives and mozzarella cheese. Surprisingly low cal!
