I sold something through a FB page, and the buyer wanted to pay through PayPal. I organised this and money went into my PayPal account. I then transferred money from PayPal to my bank account but it says it will take 3-5 days to go through.
Should i send off the item today, or wait until i receive the money?
If i had gone through bank transfer, i would have waited for the money and then had money for postage. Are there different rules if you pay through PayPal?
When we sold some things on e-bay once it landed in pay-pal (which i rarely use) we sent it off and then just waited for the transfer to come through IYKWIM.
I figured the money was IN my paypal so it was going to transfer... does that make sense?
If the money was in your pp account before you transferred it to your bank account then send the item.

if the money has appeared in your paypal account you should send the item :)
