I started at 34 weeks :)
From the start of the third trimester
Soooo many different answers out there. Ask your midwife, because it can be quite individual. 34 weeks is a standard response, but I have started now, on just one cup a day because my last pregnancy was long and I had a 2+ hour second stage. My midwife is ok with it, but she usually tells other mamas 34.
Have been thinking the same thing chepie :)
I'm thinking I'll start in a couple of weeks, at 32 weeks.

I too have heard conflicting answers. Some say 32 weeks, some 34 weeks. I started the tablets at 33 weeks.
