early pregnancy

I'm 4 wks 1 day today I had nausea the last 2 days cramping yesterday only clear cm no blood my boobs are starting to get sore my Hcg yesterday was 152 but today I'm not as nauseous I also have a cold
Does ms sometimes come and go ? I should remember cause ds is only 8 months but all I remover is how bad I had it with him but it started later as eel at 5.5 weeks

Yes especially at this early stage it does come and go.

Yeah I think it does. When I was pregnant with DD it pretty much stopped on the mark at the second trimester, but with this pregnancy I found I got better at about 11 weeks, had a few weeks break then it came back again for a couple of weeks. I just don't think anything can be predicted in pregnancy!

Came and went here too. Also I found particular things made it worse, like bread.
Also congrats, it's hard to believe that you are expecting number 2, doesn't feel like that long ago we were in the ttc groups :)
