Profiteroles filled with custard and drizzeled with chocolate. I made the same on the weekend and they were divine.
Mmmm yum, do you make your custard without cream?
Cookies or biscuits of some variety? You could chop up the cooking chocolate and make choc chip cookies. I suggest that cause I just made a double batch the other night :p
I make custard with sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla or cocoa and milk. I make mine in a thermomix.
About 80g sugar, 30 g cornflour, vanilla essence, 4 eggs and about 400g milk. Makes a good consistency for custard to fill profiteroles. You'd have to look up a recipe.
Ganache made from butter and chocolate is nice if you don't have cream. You could make melting moments with strawberry ganache filling! Noms!
Not a biscuit fan miss_dee. Rouge I would end up drinking a ganache LOL
Am thinking the custard & profiteroles is up my alley. Will see how this choc custard turns out :/
