ebm novice
Hi ladies,
Sorry for more questions but 4.5 years onwards I've forgotten how to take care of s newborn.
With Ebm I expressed in the morning and kept it in a warmer from 10 to 12.
Dd2 had a feed but there is still 50mls left.
Can I store this in the freezer now?
Also how long can I store ebm for in the freezer and fridge?
Thanks ladies, and I wish this tablet would stop changing Ebm to IBM lol

Yes EBM can be warmed once and frozen, however if i were you i'd just leave it at room temp until you intend to use it rather than have it sitting in the warmer. EBM is good at room temp for 6 hours.
With freezing it is advised to keep EBM at the back of the freezer and it can be stored for 3-6 months, or 6-12 months in a deep freeze.

Has she drunk from it? If so, it needs to be drunk or discarded within 2 hours. Otherwise, what BAL said :)
Room temperature is fine so long as it's not over 25 degrees or so where it's sitting.
