Anyone used it for ms?
Never heard if it. Do you know what's in it?
Just says each 1g pillules contains 10ul of homeopathic dilution for hangovers and liverish stomach upsets
Sorry no help from me I don't know anything about that. Congratulations though! Hope your ms doesn't get too bad :crossfingers:
Nux Vom is a tissue salt taken as described. Not sure about the use in pregnancy. When I lived at home Dad had a good supply that I would use for my hangovers lol. As a child we would also have similar for bruises - Arnica & another one for burns. Can't think of it's name off the top of my head. Thank you for reminding me though my Dad has been telling me to get some of the ones for burns. Will have to remember to ask him the name.
Sorry not much help.
Yep. It's a homeopathic, so entirely safe in pregnancy
I only had fairly mild ms but when I couldn't stand it, or was worried it would affect my ability to do other things, I went straight to the natural health 'apothecary'! I doubt regular natural health shops would have it, so go somewhere where they dispense remedies.
The strength of the dose doesn't matter as much as the frequency - you take it (e.g. every 10-30mins) until you start feeling better.
HTH.
What exactly does homeopathic mean? I got it from the chemist they have one for everything
Good chemist!
Probably best to google homeopathic for a fuller description, but basically it's old form of medicine based on like-treats-like. That means that substances that would ordinarily produce yucky symptoms in a well person, heals those same symptoms in a person who is currently experiencing them. So nux vomica would make a well person feel nauseous, but should make you feel better if you take it at the time you have the symptoms.
Lol makes sense sorta like science like dissolves like
