Champagne and Punch?
Im going to make a punch for an upcoming event and wanted to know if anyone knows of a nice non-alcoholic champagne? I've only ever tried a couple in my life and always though they were horrible. Any recommendations would be appreciated......
The only punch I've ever made was alcoholic....... I think this recipe is lovely..... but any suggestions for yummy non-alcoholic ones would be great :)
3 Litres Sunshine Punch
1.25 L Pink Lemonade
1.25 L Ginger Ale
fresh strawberries and tinned pineapple chucks, frozen.
Bottle of champagne.........
I also usually add mint leaves......
and sometimes sherbet :D

I would just make what you posted above and leave the champers out - sounds delish! Or you could add something like Appletise or Grapetise or ginger beer instead of Ale to it as well????

Thanks Tanstar! the Appletise would probably give it back that sourish bite and tingle back I guess :D thanks! will have to give it a try...... anyone want some punch? I have a feeling there is going to be plenty as I experiment lol

Maggie Beer does a fabulous non-alcoholic sparkling, it's a gorgeous pink colour, called Sparkling Ruby Cabernet.
I've had it straight up or as a spritzer with soda and mint leaves, it's da bomb!
You could experiment with it as a punch or just do something really simple like a ball or two of berry sorbet (I use a melon-baller to do small scoops), a splash of soda and then fill it up with the Ruby Cabernet.
