Hay fever relief??

I can't remember - is there anything I can take for hay fever when pregnant???

I think I just hacked it last time and tried to avoid long stints outside, but today I'm off to a park for the whole day for a birthday party and I'm suffering and I've only been outside to get the paper!

I'll definitely ask the chemists advice when I get there, but is there anything I should be on the lookout for?

My OB told me to avoid anything with pseudoephedrine (spelling??). Pharmacist said the same.

I am pretty sure polaramine is ok - check with the chemist though

My sister is pg & uses the rhinochort nasal spray - her Dr said it was fine to use

Polaramine is safe though can make you drowsy. Ob told me Zyrtec was fine to use as well.
