Lite and Easy?
Hi,
Chasing some advice, 12 weeks pregnant and thinking of joining lite and easy, NOT to lose weight at all. Partner goes away, and i will admit right now i get a bit slack, so based on the "healthy balance" that lite and easy offers and convience (And id be considering the 1500 or 1800 calories) has anyone else done it ? Contacted them and they said women do use it as a base, generally they can "add" to it as they feel, ie, some yoghurt or fruit and you must let them know your pregnant when your on it, breastfeeding they make up your menu based on the age of the child, whether your fulltime breast feeding or not etc. So whats everyones thoughts??
