HOw does payment work if CCR hasn't been processed yet?

So i've put my claim in for CCR 3 weeks ago. CL are saying it's taking up to 6 wks to process this which means if it's the full 6 wks i have to wait, the girls will already have started cc.
So my question is, how does payment for the CC work until it's processed? Do I have to pay the full fees? I'm stressing a bit because I can afford CC fee at the reduced rates for the 2 girls but not at the full fees which is why i chose for the CCR to go straight to the centre.

I can see that the first cycle of payments i'm not even going to be able to make because of the high cost ITMS????

Ccr doesn't get paid until after you have used care so even if its processes before they start you likely will be charged the full fees (less an estimate of Ccb if your carer chooses) to start out. Your next bill will be full fees less ccr from previous billing cycle

My suggestion is to ask your cc directly. They will tell you.
