10 month old with gastro?

Hi guys after some advice,

DS 10months I think has vomiting bug or something he has thrown up four times between 530pm and 630pm. No temp tho. and poos have all been normal today. He normally has his bedtime BF at 6 and bed at 7pm. I didn't want to feed him while he was still vomiting and so kept him up but lying in our bed and he has fallen asleep about 20mins ago.

I don't know whether to pump or wake him in a little bit for a feed or not? I have to do aoemtjing otherwise I will wake up with bursting bb's cuz I wake very full in the mornings even after feeding at night. I'm worried I will pump and then he will wake up and I won't have milk?

Sorry if all over the place - hubby is away so I'm a little frazzled and upset by him throwing up.

Oh and he normally will sleep till morning (530-6)

It's tough when your little ones are sick with gastro. My DS1 got a really nasty dose when he was 7 months, and they're just so helplessly sad. With regards to not having milk - you will still have plenty left for him if you do pump, your breasts are never really empty, plus they're really good at making more on the run. So I'd feed him whenever he wants it, because even if he only holds it down for a few minutes it will be still getting something good into his tummy, and it's gentle on his stomach. And he will need the fluid. Just don't feed near soft furnishings for a while ;) Also, the poo can come later, and it will probably stink. It's also still contagious, so be really vigilant at hand washing. But also don't be afraid to go to the dr - little ones can deteriorate quickly without fluids, better to be safe than sorry.

So I thought he was over it no speed since Sunday but happened again this afternoon. He was fine all yesterday had small amounts of food but he threw up after lunch and dinner tonight?

My big question tho is - how the hell do I clean my pram??? Cuz his last spew was all over it cuz I stupidly thought some fresh air might be good!!?! (Doh!) any suggestions?

Oh hugs... I thought all the washing I was doing from our 10 month old vomiting on his bed and ours was bad.... How did you go with cleaning?
