I'm trying to think of a present for my sister and BIL they love to camp but they are very well set-up. there is nothing they need but I'm sure there are things they would like. the problem is I know nothing of camping.
So.... what is the latest greatest camping innovation?
Or can you suggest a little luxury that makes camping more betterer.
Do they rough-it or are they caravan parkers? Chains of caravan parks offer a gift voucher service you could pay for a night or two away maybe?
They like to pitch a tent - preferably by the beach. They fish too. And hunt worms and yabbies.
I love getting BCF vouchers.
Those manual washing machines they had on Big Brother looked good, I've been meaning to look into one of those. Do they have Jaffle Irons? I have a tub with board games and cards in my camper trailer for evenings or if it's raining, something like that could be an idea too.

Ooh, they play cards and board games. Maybe a green cloth so they can have a proper card table wherever they go.
I wondered if the might want matching white panama hats and then I realised that of course they would hate them but then I wondered if they might like a hammock. Or would that be silly?

The most important thing for me when I go camping is the toilet issue. I am not a dig hole and squat kind of person. They have amazing portable toilets these days that you take camping.
Another one is the camping shower, again they are pretty swish these days as well.
How much do you want to spend? C gear make the most amazing ground mats
Camping shovels/tokamak axes are great but the prolly already have that. As are camp ovens/cast iron pots. Quality gear is awesome, and often takes years to accumulate.
Books like the camp series are great as are any quality atlas - map type books.
What about a bird guide? You know the ones that have every Australian species? It's always cool to know what you are looking at. Same goes for fish species.
Go check out anoconda, they have awesome stuff
Oh also, those head lamp lights rock like mountain climbers use. We use our all the time.

I was going to say those mats that join together kind of like a jigsaw puzzle, makes your 'living area' much cleaner.
