Opinions on our names
THe more hubby and I discuss names the further away we seem to get from actually reaching a decision. Here are some we are throwing around right now.
Samara Elise - First middle name that came to mind with Samara but I am open to ideas. This is currently front runner although in the last week I have run into 2 other Samara's in our tiny town. I don't know how that is possible when I have yet to meet a real life Isabella but I found it a little irritating. :wall:
Annabel. Not quite sure whether to go classy middle name with Annabel like Annabel Clara or something a little more spunky like Annabel Scarlett.
Alexis Caroline - Caroline is after a dear friend of my family who passed when I was 17. Alexis is the only combo where it seems to flow ok without becoming a mouthful. Only problem with Alexis is my dad is Alexander and my mum might cause a few problems there.
Scarlett - stuck on middle names for Scarlett... Scarlett Rose... to cheesy??? Suggestions welcome here.
Another name I came across the other day is Aeryn. I really like it. Haven't run it past hubby but I'm fairly sure he wouldn't approve. What does everyone else think?
TIA oh and my other kids are R iley, J ackson and P iper

Opinions on our names
Not a fan of Samara but that's because I know one IRL and I don't particularly like her. It is a pretty name though, especially with Elise :)
Annabel. Cute :) Annabel Scarlett flows nicely.
Alexis Caroline. I really like the name Alexis and the combo goes nicely :)
Scarlett. I love the name Scarlett :) It was on my list for DD. Scarlett Jane is the first thing that came to mind. Not a fan of the mn Rose with it. Scarlett Louise, Scarlett Grace is probably my fave though.
Is Aeryn pronounced like Erin?
I do think Scarlett goes best with your other kids names :)

Samara Elise - Love it
Annabel - not a favourite of mine but I think it sounds better with Scarlett than Clara
Alexis Caroline - My pick from your list here. Would you consider Samara Caroline?
Scarlett - Again I'm not a huge fan here. Maybe Scarlett Paige. Or Scarlett Caroline.
Aeryn - I love Erin. Not a fan of alternative spellings normally but this one is pretty. It changes it a little for me in the pronunciation so it's more like Air-in as compared to Eh-rin. Very slight difference. Aeryn Jade.
I agree with Schonell - Scarlett does flow well with your other kids names.

I think Scarlett is beautiful, but like the other responses I don't really like Scarlett Rose. I think Scarlett Paige is lovely though.
I love Annabel but I don't like it with Clara added to it. Annabel Rose works ok I think?
-
Totally biased towards Annabel lol, though we've added an extra le on ours. Not sure Clara goes but I like Scarlett. We have Mary as the middle name for ours.

Thanks for all your opinions ladies. I've reworked the names a little and due to my husband being completely unhelpful and unwilling to discuss baby names I've decided to prevent him with a list of 10 and let him choose which one he likes. If he doesn't like any then he has to go find new ones (which I know he won't) So this is my new list .
Samara Elise
Annabel Lucy (Kaytee not sure what to do with the spelling with this one. I am a bit of a traditionalist and prefer original spellings but my phone even autocorrects to Annabelle so I think that spelling has almost completely taken over.)
Evelyn Charlotte
Scarlett Eloise
Rowan Isabelle
Lucy Alexis
Arden Rosalie
Isla Mae
Romilly Violet
Imogen Claire/Indigo Grace... not sure which one will make number 10 spot yet here. But whilst I will let hubby choose which one he likes out of them I would love to hear everyone's opinions/favourites. And even suggestions on middle names! As I always struggle with the middle names.

My fave would be Annabel Lucy :)
-
I love Annabel Lucy first and Imogen Claire second
-
My faves would be Annabel Lucy, Evelyn Charlotte, Arden Rosalie and Rowan Isabelle.
As for spelling, I always though Annabelle was the only way of spelling it lol. It wasn't until she was born that heaps of people told us other ways to spell it!
