Passing clots two weeks after birth?

I'm unsure if this is normal for a vaginal birth? I'm 15 days PP and have started to pass clots in the last three days. I haven't been too worried because they generally come after I've done something strenuous or done a lot of housework/errands etc., and the bleeding afterwards isn't persistent or particularly heavy, I have a dull backache when I pass the clots but it goes away, there's no offensive discharge or itchiness or pain/cramps. But now I've just passed about 4 more clots, around the size of ping pong balls, and they are pink/red and seem kind of fleshy, almost mucousy, and I'm wondering if it *is* actually normal? I have been active today, cleaning and DD2 has been in the Hug-a-bub a lot today as well. Is this fairly common? I'm hesitant to call the hospital if it's fairly normal because they'll tell me to come in regardless of if they think it's normal or not, and I don't really want my partner to have to take more time off work if I need to stay in, especially in this last week because things are really hectic getting everything ready to be shut down for 5 weeks (she works at a school).

Apparently totally normal! This is the second week increase where the (and TMI ahead) the placental site is shedding the scab...ewww i know, but it does mean that you will pass some more clots etc. the BIG thing to look out for though is if they are smelly (like rotten meat...ewww again lol) then it is a sign of infection.

My IM told me that sometimes they can be HUGE and look alot like chopped liver lol.

If you feel dizzy or woozy then it would be a good idea to get checked out too...this was my only warning sign.

I passed big clots several weeks post-birthwith DS and it turned out it was an infection. There was no odour, though

My midwives told me to let them know if I started passing clots or bleeding more heavily.
