Ketones present in urine 28 weeks pregnant

Hi,
I am interested to hear from people who have had ketones present in urine test. I am currently on medicationfor high blood pressure and have had several tests done on my urine which have come up positive for ketones.
the midwives and obstetrician havent seemed bothered by it but from what i googled it isnt right to have them present.
Any one else experience this?
What was your treatment?

I have had this. Mainly due to having morning sickness the whole way through. I have been in on a drip a couple of times. You need to stay hydrated :)

Yeah like joeve said, I had shocking morning sickness until 27 weeks. From the get go until birth I always had key tones. Just drink lots of water.

I've had them. Apparently if you've been unwell you can have them!
