can someone tell me i'm not crazy?

history,
#1 18th december 2011 i found out i was pregnant via blood hcg, levels indicated 3-4 weeks pregnant. the following week 24/12/2011 i passed a fetus of the gestational age of 9 weeks.
#2 september 2012 i was convinced i was pregnant but my doctor kept telling me i was crazy because of neg results in urine. i went on to believe that i was crazy and on 24/11/2012 i miscarried a developed baby. the following day my blood HCG only read as 6. i suffered decidual bleeding throughout the pregnancy.
#3 january 4 2013 i am again convinced i have conceived on this date, blood and urines coming back negative. is it possible that i don't produce HCG at a common rate?

It is possible to have very low rates of HCG and still maintain a viable pregnancy. So it is possible that your HCG levels are misleading as to gestational age. However, it is also possible for very low HCG rates to be indicative of miscarriage.
An ultrasound is the only way you will be able to confirm a viable pregnancy, ask for one. If it were me, I would also be finding another doctor, specialist, and asking for some help to explore your fertility issues.

yes, located in australia. i have a very good intuition i have come to realise after the previous two instances,
#1 i felt would result in miscarriage, #2 i felt as though the pregnancy would have been a success if i did not continue to live life as though i was not pregnant.
IF my intuition of pregnancy is again right, this pregnancy is very strong, and will hopefully be a success. i will follow your advice & seek a new GP. i have read that some women do not have HCG show up in blood or urine untill 8 - 12 weeks of pregnancy, some never, but would prefer the reassurance so i think organising an ultrasound is on the cards for the near future. if i am right i would be just on 5 weeks, so i suppose i will have to wait a couple more weeks before booking in with the ob.

Thoroughly recommend getting referral for a gynaecologist from your GP, a GP won't be as speciallised as you would probably like to work through this all with you.

Definitely not crazy. Your intuition is important and you know your own body better than a GP can ever.

I second what some of the others have suggested - try and link in with somebody who will be a bit more specialised to help you this time around. One of the mums from playgroup had miscarried a few times and ended up seeing one of the consultants at a maternity hospital. I'm not sure of the details, but there was a history there and the local GP's were not much help to her. Wishing you all the best this time around

Is it possible to get a scan refferal or a blood test sorry I cannot be of much help but I am sorry for your losses and hope this time all works out for you
