Wow we are really selling....

So we signed all the paperwork yesterday and our house is officially on the market :o

Professional photographers are coming tomorrow to take the photo's to load it up online. I'm quietly sh***ing myself but really excited about rennovating the new place, that we are buying off of DH's Dad. It needs a full renno inside so it isn't like it's going to happen overnight but we will try and get the main things done asap. The good thing is that because it belongs to FIL we can go in now and paint, pull out flooring etc. As long as our current place sells for around what we are hoping then we should have enough left over to renno the Kitchen, Laundry, new floor coverings, paint and window treatments. The bathrooms needs doing asap as well but we should be able to get that done quite quickly as well.

Im praying it sells in a reasonable time frame!!!

Wow - things sound like they're moving forwards! Hope that you sell quickly, but not so quickly that you haven't renovated enough to move in.
