Thanks :) turns out i didnt need to call again. The re called this evening asking if dh had the receipts for the fertilizer as they were sending the maintance man to do it so they could take the money out of the last tenants bond!
Eek anyway so while she was on the phone i asked about the report again lol. The re was surprised that we had fixed all the retic and fertilizer the lawns and been hand watering it ect. She said it was good though. We just assumed that we were ment to take care of all that.
She then asked if we had worked out the hot water and phone. As i had called 2weeks ago about it,the hot water in the showers was running boiling hot one second then would go freezing yhen five secs later boiling again and it kept doing that the whole time. DH fixed it. And the phones wernt working....i called telstra and had them come fix it. Si again she was pleased but surprised we had fixed it.
So are we doing too much? We just assume we should be treating it like it was our home as in take care of things and fix if need eg the retic.
Now the washers in our showers gone and the shower is running not dripping it has a slow run dh said not worrys easy fix...but are we ment to or do we tell them to fix it and pay for the parts to fix it?
The retic was not to good and cost a bit to replace all the broken heads and sprayers ect and some needed the black tube bit replaced due to holes in them but again we just assume it was up to us.
