Weird cervix pain?

Has anyone had a pinching pain in their cervix as an early conception sign? Any other ideas what it might be?

Hmm I'm not sure at all. Maybe you should test anyway (so says a POAS addict). I hope you get your good news soon :)

Thanks ladylove. Since I haven't had a period in five years I have no clue when to test!! We started abandoning contraception only two weeks ago. It would be a miracle if I also happened to ovulate in the last month too!
