Or 12 if you chop them in half and keep the drumettes for later.
I reckon wings make better stock than the totally de-meated and limbless ribcage that they call a carcass in the shops. It's the marrow in the long bones (thighs, drumsticks and wings) that give it good flavour.
I'd get about 1 litre of stock from 6 wings, one onion, one carrot stick and one celery stick. Maybe a litre and a half.

Oh and do you ever put herbs in it? Was wondering if I should experiment this time...
Bay leaves, parsley, peppercorns. Are my main ones. Give flavour but keep the stock versatile.
